Recycle Santa Fe will get a vendor license for you from the City of Santa Fe. In order for us to get this, we must have your state of NM Business Tax ID number (this was formerly referred to as your CRS number). The number often ends in “GRT” but you do not need to include that part. If you do not have one, please visit https://tap.state.nm.us/TAP/_/#3, scroll down to where it says “Businesses” and click on the “Apply for a New Mexico Business Tax ID” link or call New Mexico Tax & Revenue at 505-827-0951.

Details about your Recycled-Material Art

Upload at least three images of your art.

Feel free to upload more than 3 images. If you are a part of the Festival, we may use these images for promotional materials. JPEG works best. Very large files can still cause problems, so please avoid uploading full resolution or “live” photos.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, heic, heif.
JPEG works best. Photos straight from an iPhone (HEIC) will also upload. If you have trouble, set your camera to Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible, or send a smaller version of the image. Maximum 5 MB per image. If your photo is larger, resize it before uploading.

We have 6′ and 8′ skirted banquet tables available. We do not use the convention center’s plastic table cloths so if you want a table cloth, please bring your own. Max of 3 tables will fit in the booth space.

Price: $395.00
If you’d like a double booth enter “2”. If you’d like a booth and a half, enter “1” and then enter “1” below for the additional fee for 1.5 booth size. You can’t put in a quantity of 1.5 in this area.

There are only a couple of CORNER BOOTHS for the Fri, Sat, Sunday art market left. The $100 corner booth fee is required for a corner booth.

We have the Trash Fashion Show stage set up on Friday night and this brings in about 500 guests! After the show is over, we take down the booth and there is room for 20+/- more art market booths that set up super early Saturday morning!

If you would like to ensure a corner booth as a vendor on SAT/SUN, you will need to select this this option and pay the $75 corner booth fee. This fee is required for a corner booth.

New this year! We are offering a limited number of 6′ Tabletop vendors spots during the art market on Saturday and Sunday for $150. Returning artists may apply to be tabletop vendors, but priority is given to new artists that have not been in the art market before. Half booth spaces are no longer offered.

Only select this if you want a 1.5 booth space in addition to the full booth above during the art market on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is only for 1.5 size booth spaces. Half booth spaces are no longer offered.
