Each year we invite all Santa Fe area students to participate in the Recycle Art Exhibit and /or Trash Fashion & Costume Show. This is a great way to teach students about recycling in a fun and creative way that ties to larger City, State and National activities.
Every year more schools participate in this imaginative and educational event, we are always delighted by the creativity and ingenuity of our young artist and fashion designers!

2016 Emerging Artist Program
The country’s largest and oldest recycled art market, Recycle Santa Fe Art Festival, is expanding its program this year to support youth artists. The emerging artist program links youth with established festival artists to mentor their artistry with guidance on the use of recycled materials, exhibiting best practices and art sales skills. The program seeks to offer up to three complimentary youth artist booths to the selected artists (middle school and older). By working with youth, Recycle Santa Fe expands the economic development aspects of the art market, while supporting the cultivation and growth of these artists. Learn more HERE
Are you 18 or under and interested in turning your art into recycled material art or learning how to market and sell your recycled material art? If so, apply for our 2016 Emerging Artists program and we’ll help you learn about recycled-art as a business, and give you a free shared booth for this year’s festival. Online applications are HERE.
